Where is the safest place to be if you hear the police yelling, "open up, police" followed by lots of gunfire?
The answer depends on what part of the country you are in.
Ans = 1. In the bathtub lying flat. 2. Downstairs up against a concrete wall. Specifically up against a concrete wall on the same side of your house as the gunfire across the street or next door. If a shot is accidentally fired downward toward where you are, it would have to go through lots of dirt and then concrete. Not even armor piercing bullets can pull that one off.

LED light bulbs at Costco and Home Depot - including ceiling "CAN" lights. Also eBay. FEIT now producing LED lights at a more reasonable price and they are dimmable. Lights of America is another reliable manufacturer. There is NO MERCURY in LED lights.
Located at 1730 So Redwood Road is TruckLite. They have 12 volt LED Truck lights. Also available at trailer supply. LED Strips at Raelco, Home Depot & eBay. You can get 5 meters of LED strip lights on eBay for about $10. They can be cut and connected to power at every third bulb so that you can cut them to any desired length. If you have any old 12 volt Wall Wart power supplies laying around they can be used to power LED strip lights. Great for under the counter lighting, display case lighting, etc. Also great in your portable operating box for light.
N4TRS - said that you can connect a bicycle or Schwinn AirDyne to a generator. Can produce up to 1000 RPM on the generator. Years ago there were articles in magazines like popular science about families that connected the TV to a bicycle power generator so that the kids would have to get some exercise if they wanted to watch TV.
